Acceptance of an agency relationship or donor profile is not automatic. RCA confirms current requirements, documentation, and clinical review for each pathway.

Create your account and complete your organisation and contact details in the agency application. Do not include donor documentation at this stage.
2. Verify
RCA confirms the agency relationship, responsibilities, and authorized users.
3. Transfer
Approved profiles and documents move through an authenticated, role-based channel.
4. Review
RCA conducts its own program and clinical review before a donor is represented as available.
